Jadi, Hayley Williams yang merupakan vokalis band tersebut sempat membuat video olahraga "karangan" dia, dengan backsound lagu "Over Yet" (salah satu lagu dari album solo Hayley).

Ok, postingan saya kali ini adalah ingin menceritakan pengalaman saya menonton konser Paramore yang akhirnya terjadi! Setelah dibulan Februari lalu konser mereka dibatalkan (baca disini) dengan alasan Hayley sakit, nah di bulan Agustus kemarin akhirnya kesampaian nih 😊

Welcome Back, Michelle Branch!

So, I had a crush on this girl since the day I saw her video "Everywhere" for the first time on MTV. Back on that day, she was really young. I think she was about 16 or somethin'. With her guitar and her skill, wrote almost all of her songs.

I remember at that moment, I also play guitar in my band. And I remember, one of my brothers friend told me that I looked like Michelle Branch. Teehee..

Well maybe because we play guitar, had a long black hair, and had a chubby cheek. And for your information, Michelle has this Indonesian (Java) blood from her grandma. No wonder she's so Asian. 

For me, Michelle's songs are good. She has this power of lyrics such as a diary for her. About her brokenhearted relationship, about her life perspective and about love. Simple yet easy listening. Bring back the memories at that time, though.

From "The Spirit Room" album, I like "Everywhere", "All You Wanted", "Goodbye To You",  and "Misery". From the "Hotel Paper" album, I loooove "Are You Happy Now?", "It's You", "Finding My Way Back", "Tuesday Morning", and "One Of These Days". Phew, loats huh?!

And now she's back with her new album called "Hopeless Romantic" which just lauched yesterday. I already heard the song and I think it's more dark and a little bit have this 80's guitar sound. Great! 

So now, after 14 years since her first album came, all I can say "Welcome back, Michelle Branch!"

I hope she will come to Jakarta again, soon ❤

Room is our favorite spot. Krisha and I always love to snuggle up in the room. We used to talk, playing our phones, sleeping / dreaming, or just cuddling together. I think room is a very intimate and romantic spot. That's why we always feel happy :)

Hello March!

Welcoming March!

So, today I didn't go to the office because my diarrhea is getting worst! But this morning, I went to the Doctor. And she said that there's a virus in my stomach. So she gaves me three medicines. I feel much better now. Way better.

Speaking about today, as you can see that today is the first day on a new month. High five to the March! And as usual, I always changed my background blog on every month. So, this time I chose Jelly Beans as my background. The reason why I chose the background, is not because I love Jelly Beans. No, I don't. I just love the colors. I love the way those red, yellow, green and purple things tangled on my background. Because I love something colorful. I think every colors has their own meanings. 

By the way, my favorite colors are yellow and pink. YellowPink&TheWriter was my tumblr name. And I also have this band project with my husband after that name. Why yellow and pink? I have so many reasons why I chose it. Because I think yellow is something like childish, happiness, positive thinking, fun and sunshine always in my mind side. Meanwhile, pink is something romantic, mature, sexy, mysterious, and dramatic side. And I add "The Writer" because I think we are the writer in our own life. We write the story in our days, we write and put the colors of yellow and pink in our days. That's what I think.

I just wrote a new song about an hour ago. It's called "Always Be Mine". I also recorded it on my phone, but I'm too ashamed to post it. Maybe later. Ha!

Tuesday morning

Since last Saturday, Krishna and I already moved into our new house at Bintaro. But we haven't moved all the stuffs. We just brought our main clothes and other simple things. So we still have to go back to Jeruk Purut (my parents in law house) to bring another things. 

This morning was the first time for us to took a train to go to our office. We took a train from Pondok Ranji station. Krishna stopped at Palmerah station, while I still have to transit to Tanah Abang station, then moved to another train and go to Sudirman station. Phew! 

But somehow, this is our great new experience. Because we don't have to see the traffic on every morning anymore like we used to if we driving. Yayness!

Sooo, to celebrate our new first experience, I give you this new song from one of my favorite band, Coldplay. The song called 'Adventure Of A Lifetime', from their new album 'A Head Full Of Dreams'.

Because yes, Krishna and I will have sooo many new adventures of our lifetime. Teehee!!

Lullaby with Lullatone

Here's once again, another band duo that I like lately. The first time I hear "Growing Up" from this band called Lullatone, it feels like someone's just lullabying me for a good sleep. The band based in Nagoya, Japan. And their music is more like simple, innocent, easy listening and childlike. This couple (the husband is from America, while the wife is from Japan), only plays instruments and sometimes with lyrics. 

The reason why I like this band is, because their music feels cute. With some happy tempos and a touch of pianika and guitar. I'm sure you will also shake your head while hearing the beats.

And also, you can see that all of the songs have a unique titled, just like a story book :
