Tap tap!

Last night I dreamt I did tap dance! Seriously, I can did it very well. I tapped tapped my feet like a pro, and I enjoyed it a lot! I don't know what was the song, but all I can remember, I was so happy and letting people to see me do the tap dance 🙆

Krishna also laughed a lot and really cannot imagine that I can did the tap dance. Ha!

I don't know what it means, but when I woke up, I feel so happy and satisfied. Hope this is a good sign. A good sign for anything. Amen. 💗

Review : "Waroeng Roti"

It's good when you went to some unfancy place but it has a very nice atmosphere. This place called Waroeng Roti really took my heart. I went there this morning with Krishna. And I never thought I will find a place such as this place. The place is quite small with only four wood tables. But it has so many vintage decors and pictures. And also with lots of variant bread. I ate the Chocolate Long John and Sugar Butter bread with a cup of White Coffee. And the bread tastes so good. Really good. It's very home made with a touch of softness. The range price also very cheap, from IDR 8.500 - IDR 25.000. 

I think this place is gonna be one of my favorite place in Bintaro. The atmosphere is good. The bread is good. The service is good. The price is good. The packaging is good (for take away order). Well, what else I can say? ☺☺☺

A glimpse of a baby boy!

Yesterday, I dreamt about a baby. Yes, my own baby. Krishna's and my baby. The baby was boy. Cute. Tiny. Smells like heaven. And smiled while I was held him. I hugged him tightly and I ''sssshhhed.." him while he cried. 👶

I felt the emotions about how to be a mom. A good mom. A parent that will be annoyed him when he'll be a teenager and also his best friend ❤

Well, too bad it was only a dream. But a lovely dream, off course. Who knows, it might be a reality soon, aite?! :)

Latepost about bday!

It's funny how your birthday can made you had a mixed feelings between happy, sad, excited, worried and wondered. That's how I felt when I had my bday last week. I don't know, I just feel like "I'm not there". I didn' feel the excitements that I felt when I was younger. 

Maybe it's true when you're almost aging (say what?), you don't like your bday. You don't like the fact that you're a year older, haha. It's like a piece of shit 💩

Well, I don't know about that. I mean, yeah I'm worried about how I still haven't reach something that I want at this age. I still wanna have this, I still wanna do that. But the most important thing is, I really wanna have a kids 👶 

But beyond those things, I really feel blessed about what I have right now. Especially my family and husband. They're like my angels. Even my husband always support me no matter what.

So I guess this mixed feelings really made my bday confusing, though. Haha. 

By the way, thank you to all my family and friends for the warm bday wishes. I hope you all really have a tremendous life. Same wishes to you too 💛

Review : "Palmolive Body Butter Coconut Scrub"

After I tried this about 4 times, I knew this is gonna be my favorite! I personally really love smells such as Vanilla, Chocolate and Coconut. And this one is very very very good! I bought this at Watson, Grand Indonesia for only IDR 55.000 (the real price is IDR 89.000). I never tried body butter scrub before, I mean I use soap/body foam always separate with scrub. Sometimes I used scrub twice a week, sometimes only once a week.

When I tried this Palmolive Body Butter Coconut Scrub for the first time, it reminds me to my childhood. I remember when I was a kid, I used to eat watermelon candies with smells like this scrub. It's veeeeeeery sweet! 

The scrub itself is very soft, so it touched your skin very smooth without any pain. And when you wash it with water, it still has this foam and bubbles. Afterwards, you can feel your skin very plumpy yet dry (in a good way). So it's not that too moist.

Yes, I can say this body butter scrub truly my new favorite! I love the smell, the structure and the packaging with 400 ml size. Scrub goal!

Casascopili!

How does it feel when you finally meet your friends after 25 years apart? Haha, yesss happy and having a tears of joy! But before that, I want to tell you some flashback, ok? 

So, on 1992, my family and I moved to Bintaro from Puri Indah (West Jakarta). Then I went to this Elementary School SDN 04, Bintaro. I had my 6th grade there. I met these 5 cool girls and one of them is my cousin. After we've become a friends because we had so many similar things that we liked, we decided to built our friendship as a girl-gang named Casascopili which we took from our zodiacs name : Capricorn (Victoria), Sagitarius (Marizka), Scorpio (Me and Amelia), Pisces (Debora) and Libra (Anky). It was a very great memories we had! And also we had this diary book that we always love to share anything. The cover of the diary book is a casts from the movie series, Beverly Hills 90210 (hell yeah!)

After 25 years we never met each other (except Anky, my cousin. Because we always met on Eid Mubarak, though), finally on last Saturday we decided to meet on this small restaurant at Bintaro.

I was soooo nervous that day, because we haven't met like a zillion years!

Unfortunately, two of them cannot make it. Debora lived on State with her husband and family now. meanwhile we never know where Marizka is. 

We were laughing and mesmerizing about anything that we can. And we promise we will still keep contact, and meet each other every month. Ahh..sooo excited!

Vlog #14 : I love The Beatles!

So, last Saturday I saw The Beatles documentary film "Eight Days A Week", which I think is soooo awesome! Hands down for that!!!

I love The Beatles since I was 12 years old, I think. Because they're the best band in the whole wide world! 

In this documentary there are some moments that The Beatles was bored of their famous. And I can really feels that. I can see that John is very sensitive, Paul is not so cute anymore, and so on. Probably they're just want something different.

In this documentary, there's also 30 minutes The Beatles concert at Shea Stadium, USA, that had 56.000 people watched their performed. Really insane!

You should watch it also. If you're a fan, you should!

Miracle Do Happened..

Haha, probably I remember about my post when I saw Maroon 5 concert 5 years ago! But beside that, I believe that miracle do happened. You can see this 12 years ago, Grace VanderWaal whom just won America's Got Talent on last July. I mean, come on guys, this little creature is totally talented! You should hear her unique voice and also her original songs.

Meanwhile, her attitude is so nice, sweet and funny. She also has a very good fashion style. I love love love it!

One of the best moment from her was, when Simone asked her "Do you believe could win?". Then she answered, "I mean, miracle do happened. So yeah". And, baam! There she goes! :)

Review : Zara "Joyful Tuberose" perfume

I'm a type of girl who always love perfume with sweet scents. I used to love Vanilla, Chocolate or Caramel if I choose perfume. But who would knew that I also love this sweet scents with a little bit rose from Zara perfume, Zara "Joyful Tuberose".

This perfume is not too feminine, but I loved it! It's more like cute, fresh and casual. 

Actually the reason why I bought this perfume is because the bottle, hihi. I love the fact that the bottle is so sophisticated with this dusty pink color. It's very luxurious with the price for only IDR 150.000. 

Eventhough the smell only last about 3 or 4 hours, but still I like it. This perfume also has so many different color and scents. Next, I will buy the baby blue color, which smells more masculine but still sweet.

If you go to Zara counter, you will find so many perfumes there. But I like this series, hehe I mean the square bottle series with those cute colors! :)

So, the more we grown up, how many friends will be still at our side? I just read this article from NYtimes.com, then I realized "Yeah, how many friends will be at by my side when I'm older?". I just feel like my friends are come and go. Anywhere and there. But not here with me. I feel like about 2 years ago, I can say that "Oh, she's/he's my best friend ever!". But now? I don't know where they are. *sad*

I think maybe, the more we grown up, there are times we bored about something that always the same. Because we need changes and try something new. Also in friendship. There is a limited amount of time and emotional capital we can distribute, so we only have a little community for the most intense type of relationship. 

It is very important to know that many people you encounter in your life are truly friends. The people whom will never forget about you. The people whom have in common and dimensions through, which to see this world together. And tell you that you are their best friend!

Come On Eileen!

How does it feel when one of your favorite band will come to Indonesia and have a concert? Well, screamed off course!!! So, one of my favorite band when I was in senior high school, which is Save Ferris, will come to Bandung on this Ska gig. And I was just like "Ok, I have to see them!".

I remember, on 1999, I saw their performance at Bengkel Night Park. I was in the front line with my brothers friend. And were like so crazy did some Skanking. Hehee.. And I think that was one of the best night I've ever had. And on that time, my sister still worked at one of female magazine, and she had a chance to interviewed Save Ferris. After my sister interviewed them, she asked them to signed the poster that my sister bought. And Monique Powell, the singer, wrote something like this "To : Ovi, thank you for liking us". Then all of them signed the poster just for me :) 

Well, after 17 years passes by, they will come again. And I hope, I really can go to Bandung and see their performance. Because, hell yeah, I really miss do some Skanking! :)

Time flies

Good morning!

Now I'm eating Quacker Oatmeal for my breakfast. It reminds me of the days when I was sick. When I was so torched with my painful. When the only meal that I can consumed was Oatmeal. Yeah! It has been 3 months ago since I had my Laparoscopy. Time flies wasn't it? :)

I feel very blessed that I'm healthy now. More healthier. With some good vibes. Positive mind. And a nice life.

My baby white!

I sold my Canon Power Shot SX140 OS because I wanted to change to another camera. The smaller but nicer one. So I changed into this Panasonic Lumix TZ57 with the color white. I just loooove this camera so much! Besides it can be connect to wifi, it also can 180° tiltable monitor. 

This camera is also has 20x optical zoom. So what else I can say? :)

Take Me To The Honesty Bookshop!

Books, one of the most important thing in my life. I love books and I love to read since I was a kid. And one of my dream is, to have a little bookstore inside my little coffee shop (amen for that :)

Speaking about books, I just found out there is a place called The Book Town, well actually there is a bookstore named The Honesty Bookshop that has these thousand books! The place located at Welsh (Hay-On-Wye), England.

The unique thing is, eventhough there are so many books (new books and second books), but there is no one staff there. So if you want to buy a book, you can put the money in the "honest box" with the card sign says "Pay here!". Well that's interesting :)

I can imagine myself here reading tons of books for an hours! 

So if you all interested, maybe someday you should go there and drowned into this thousand books :)

Review : "Butterscotch Jam"

Did you know that breakfast is very important to start the day? Because it can energize our body to do the activities. Especially if you having a breakfast with the sweet meal. For me, breakfast time is my favorite meal time. Because I always love to eat bread ( I mentioned it here) or oatmeal on every morning. Well, sometimes I also eat porridge. But it's not often, though.

Speaking about breakfast, I just received one of the most delicious Jam I've ever tasted! My cousin sent me this homemade Butterscotch Jam that she made by herself. I mean, come on, it's Butterscotch! It's a very unique taste yet delicious. I love the taste that not to sweet for my tooth, and the texture is very creamy and delicate. It feels like something caramelize melted in your mouth! 

I consume it with wheat bread, but my dad tried it with banana fried. And it was also yummy!

Hello September!

Last night I heard this bad news. One of my dear friend, Endah, lost her father. I was like, "Oh, my God I just can't believe it!". My heart was sad and imagined her crying :(

So this morning, I went to her house to give her my deep condolence. When I went there and saw her, she hugged me and cried. And I cried. Very cried. I can feel her pain. Her sadness. Her lost. It was a very sad moment.

She said something to me : "Ovi, lucky you, you still have your parents. Please do take care of them. Because if they're gone, you will be sad. It won't be the same anymore". And then I cried. I shed a tears. 

Lucky me I still have my parents. I still have my mom and my dad. I feel blessed. So blessed. And it makes me want to hug my parents and tell them I always love them forever. Yes, forever will be.

PS : I dedicated this post to Endah. I hope and I pray she'll be fine.

Review : Beauty products

Last week, I bought loads of beauty products that I might need/like after I used it. I bought the products at some drugstore. So, let's find out what are the beauty products that I'd like to review :

1. Bioderma Sensibio H20 : I've seen this product many time ago at some drugstores (Guardian, Century, Watson, you name it!). But I never wanted to buy it because I think it's very expensive. But then, I've seen the reviews on Youtube and some blogs that beauty bloggers reviewed. It makes me wonder what's so special about this micellar water? 

Then I bought the product with the small size (100 ml). Eventhough the size is small, but still expensive. It cost IDR 125.000 for this travel size (yaiks!).

But then, one day after I bought this product, I used it and applied it after I washed my face. And yes people, this water is soooo magical! It can remove all the make up that facial wash can't! I still found some pink color from my blush on, cream color from the BB cream and black color from the eye liner. This micellar water made it! My face is clean squad!

I can feel that my face is very clean, pumply, and fresh. Maybe it's because this product have H20 and also based with water. And this product is not oily at all. I'm really happy about it. I'm sure I will repurchase and buy the bigger one :)

2. Bourjois CC Cream 123 Perfect :  I'm the person who always used BB cream (sometimes I add some concealer for my dark spot). But now, I wanted to try this CC cream form Bourjois. Because I know Bourjois it's a very good product. I had used the compact powder twice, and then the blush on, and then the perfume and then the lipstick of course! :)

This CC Cream have 3 pigments which contains anti fatigue, anti redness and anti dark spot. The first time I applied it, it really blends into my skin. It has a very smooth and thin layer but covered all the dark spot. This product have SPF 15, so it's really good for skin face. But I think I bought the wrong color. The color is more darker one tone from my skin face. But it's ok though, I can still cover it with compact powder.  

This product cost IDR 179.000, but I thinks it's worth to buy. Surely do gonna repurchase :)

3. Garnier Sakura White : I never use whitening product before. But let's give some try for these two :) The reason why I wanted to try the products because contains Sakura flower extract (well yeah, I always love Japanese blossoms!). These two products cost IDR 21.000/ each.

Sakura White Pinkish Radiance & Smooth Pores : It says can coverage your pores and make it smaller. But the truth is not! I don't really like this moisturizer because it's very thick and cannot blend very well into my skin. It's very creamy and white, so it looks like I'm wearing a mask. The product also cannot coverage my acne scars and the dark spot. So I still have to use concealer to make it better. Although the smell is very soft and nice, but still I don't like this product. I think I don't want to repurchase :"(

Sakura White Pinkish Radiance Sleeping Essence : I like this sleeping essence better than the moisturizer. This product is very very soft and thin. And also it's very liquid so it can blend into my skin very smoothly. I applied this product after I clean my face with Bioderma Sensibio H20. So it makes my skin more clean and fresh. And also smells good! But I don't know If I will repurchase this product or not. We'll see about it :)

4. Himalaya Herbals Lip Balm : I know this product about 3 months ago, because I use the facial wash and I just looooved it! I always love something herbal or organic. Meanwhile, I'm also a person who crazy about lip balm. So, voila! I bought this product with a very happy heart :)

This lip balm is very oily, it reminds me of Vaseline Petroleum Jelly. But it's ok for me. It contains Carrot seed and also oil. I use this lip balm before I use my matte lipstick and before I go to sleep. The packaging is small and handy, so I really love it. 

I bought it for only IDR 9.000 because it was on sale. The real price is IDR 18.000. It's very cheap or what?? So I think I will repurchase this product :)

So there are some products that I already used and reviewed. If I don't like the product, it doesn't mean the product is bad or not good. It's all depends on you when you buy some products. You may like it or you may not like it. And so do I :)

But end of story, I really satisfied about these products I bought. I cannot wait to buy some more (after my pay day of course, hihi)
